PARTNER WOD

In teams of Two | I go, you go style:

Round 1
21 Pull Ups
21 Deadlifts (155/105)
Round 2
15 Pull Ups
15 Hang Cleans
Round 3
9 Pull Ups
9 Squat Clean and Jerks (155/105)

Each round will be performed follow the leader style. Partner 1 will complete all of round 1 and then partner 2 will go. Partner 1 will then complete round 2, followed by partner 2, etc. 

- 3 minute rest -

5 ROUNDS (each) of:
20 Double Unders
15 Wall Balls

While Partner 1 is working, Partner 2 is holding a barbell front rack hold (155/105). Barbell must be held for other partner to work. Each partner will complete 5 rounds.
