Blake discovered CrossFit after 16 years of gymnastics and cheerleading. Prior to coaching CrossFit, she spent 11 years teaching gymnastics. She is Level 1 certified and can't wait to brighten your day with her passion and enthusiasm.
Robi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from numerous training practices to the gym. He is a Level 2 coach whose highest priority is to learn something new and teach something new to each athlete he encounters.
Jared has been involved in athletics and coaching his entire life. He started doing CrossFit in 2010 and immediately thrived through its ethos and methodology. Jared is a Level 1 CrossFit coach and specializes in mobility, gymnastics and Olympic lifting.
Chris is the president and club coach of RhinoCo Barbell Club NYC. He has been involved in athletics and performance training for most of his life. He became a coach to share his enthusiasm for weightlifting and has taken many athletes to competition.
